Wednesday: __ Rounds of 10 Plank burpees w/ 200m run, for time (no rest)
Wk 1- 6 rounds
Wk 2- 8 rounds
Wk 3- 10 rounds
Wk 4- 12 rounds

Thursday: 2x__ for time
Wk 1- 2×30 w/ 2 min rest betw
Wk 2- 2×40 w/ 2 min rest betw
Wk 3- 2×50 w/ 3 min rest betw
Wk 4- 2×60 w/ 3 min rest betw

Friday: __ Rounds of 400m run w/ 15 plank burpees, for time (no rest)
